The Role

The Momos Customer Success & Account Management team is looking for someone to work closely with our key account restaurants to help them grow digitally. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts mainly consisting of top key enterprises. Your core mandate is to establish a relationship with our partners, and work closely with them to engage and educate them to uncover growth for their business via the Momos platform. You will be engaging with internal and external stakeholders with the objective of delivering product feedback to our product team to help shape the future of the product. By being a key representative of the voice of the customer, you will also lead initiatives with the goal of increasing engagement within the platform. We are looking for self motivated individuals from all backgrounds, who are prepared to take on the challenges and opportunities that come from working in a fast paced, early stage startup.
